Jim Jones, CEO
With over a decade of experience in equipment sales and rentals, Jim has both the knowledge and resources to get you the right machine for the right job. With a belief that no one works harder, he is dedicated to making sure your project stays on time and on budget while maintaining the overall company management. Jim's vision and drive continues to grow Blue Mountain putting it as the area's fastest growing equipment rental company.

Michael Babik, CFO
Michael Babik is the Chief Financial Officer and co-owner of Blue Mountain Equipment Rental Corporation. With a knack for numbers and detail, Mike established and maintains the corporate structure of the company, managing the financial risks of both their customers and internal operations. Mike also analyzes the current industry trends to forecast and administer Blue Mountain's growth accordingly. His organization is the backbone of the organization.

Nick Onderko, COO
Nick Onderko, the company's Chief Operating Officer, brought his wealth of experience to Blue Mountain at the company's inception. While primarily responsible for managing the day to day operations of the company, he ensures that the company continues to operate both effectively and efficiently. Nick continues to grow and shape the methods and responsibilities of their employees while still monitoring the inventory and business operations.
